Finally, we can present you with all the information you have ever desired about the upcoming CSCL 3 finals. Today we are happy to announce the exact time and location of this highly anticipated event!

The Counter-Strike CL 3 Finals - presented by Logitech - will take place on the weekend of the 18th and 19th March, 2006. As a location, we have chosen the Zinkfabrik Altenberg in Oberhausen, which is a part of the Rhine Industrial Museum. The Zinkfabrik perfectly fits our needs and requirements for an event of such a scale as the CSCL 3 finals, and we are quite positive that everything will work out very well.

Until now, only two teams are qualified for the finals - mousesports and fnatic. The remaining participants are yet to be chosen by the last elimination matches. The definite timetables for the finals matches will be announced in time.

As you can see, the Zinkfabrik offers one large and one smaller hall, plus three conference rooms, of which two will be used as gamerooms and one for the online press. The audience, several screens and monitors, stage, a bar, and whatever else belongs to a good event, will find enough space within the two halls, which together offer a space of about 800m². Together with the three conference rooms, we reach a ground space of over 1000m² - that should prove to be more than enough!
