With the end of the first real VERSUS season - the Spring Season 2012 - we can write the first review about it. Besides the review we also wanna announce the winners of the awards for the Spring Season, so you know who is Top 3 or who won the MMC, MVP or Fair award this season. Keep reading for the results.

Even when the VERSUS Summer Season 2012 has just started, we have planned a special Most Matches Competition for all Counter-Strike players in VERSUS. It is the same way a MMC runs in Ladders, but we will have more winners, because of an advanced concept.

After a short break it's time to continue where we stopped. Now we present you two new cups and we hope you'll come to play. We had a lot of thoughts about what cups to add but we wanted to do known cups at the beginning and later on we will add other types(eg. shotguns only,scout or similar) Like always the cup squad will be there to make sure that everything will run smoothly.

Money Cups

To increase the activity in all EU CS 1.6 ladders, we'll decrease the league bans from 5 days to 3 days effective from 13.04.2012. In all 1on1 ladders we'll delete the league bans completly. With this new rule we don't delete any league ban per ticket for any reason without exception in future.

The second voting about the game modes in VERSUS finished today, but this time we have no changes. You still want to play 1vs1 AIM and 3vs3 MR15 and no other game modes. Do we already have the perfect mix of game modes or do we just have the wrong ones in the voting? We wish you all good luck and have fun playing the new/old game modes in VERSUS.

The Spring Season 2012 is running since the 3rd of January and now it is time to bring a new game mode to VERSUS. After the 5on5 and the 3on3 AWP mode we ask in the forum which mode we could add for Counter-Strike and the results was: 2on2 Quickie. Now the mode is active with a few maps and if you got any other suggestions, just write them in our forum.

The new and first 'real' VERSUS Season for Counter-Strike has started! The "Spring Season 2012" is running since Tuesday until the 30th of April 2012. And that is why we want to announce the Top 10 of the Warmup Season and give you some other nice stats about the last Season.

We finally carried out a major rule update. In the course of the European rules standardisation we updated our rules which will apply to all ladders, cups, etc. We want to make some of the rules more user friendly, which is why we also accepted your suggestions in some cases. Christmas is approaching so we'll give you some time to get used to the new rules.
