ESL Countries Championship 2009

• Players Nominations Information:
  
  • Each Nation team has to have between 4 and 7 players.
  
  
  • The team-captain will be selecting his team mates for the whole duration of the Championship.
  
  
  • The team-captain will be elected on the ESL forums by people from the same Nation. among the players who sent a Team-captain application form.
  
  
  • There can't be more than 3 players from the same team in each Nation Team. (This rule does not apply for Nations that struggle to get crysis players, so don't hesitate to try sign in to this Championship.).



• Countries Championship Matches
  • The Championship will feature "Best of Three" (BO3) matches, the team that manages to win 2 rounds first will win the match:
  
  
  • First round will be a full match in PowerStruggle 4vs4+ mode (4vs4 when facing teams with only 4 players, 5vs5 otherwise).
  
  
  • Second round will be a TIA 4vs4 match.
  
  
  • Third possible round will be either TIA 2vs2 or PS 3vs3 up to both team's decision.
  
  
  • The first phase of the Championship will be comprised of 2 Groupstages where every team will have to play against every other team.
  
  
  • The second and last stage of the Championship will be a double elimination, 4 slots playoffs where only the best two teams of each Groupstage will participate.
  
  
  
  
• If a nation can't gather enough players' applications (Minimum: 4 applications), it won't be able take part in this Championship.
