The last details for the ESL Major Series

ESL Premium
In order to maintain the highest possible standard in the ESL Major Series, it's required to have an ESL Premium account for the regular season. So you do not need ESL Premium for the qualifiers.

How many slots does each national qualifier get?
As we said in the news before, the slots will be given by the amount of sign ups and now we can tell you how much slots each qualifier will get:
- 3 slots
- 3 slots
- 2 slot

Default date
The default date for playing the EMS match will be Sunday 19:00 CET. It will be possible to change the default date later, if most of the EMS teams agree to it.

The national qualifiers in in Germany, Poland and France will start on the 6th of February, so it is your last chance to sign up now.

The international qualifier

The European qualfier is for all teams, which are not German, French or Polish or which are mixed teams and do not have three players from one of the countries in their line up.

Prize money breakdown

The total prize money reserved for this tournament is €10,000 for two seasons. This means we got two season with Crossfire in 2012 and each season will get €5,000 prize money distributed like this.
