Country Championship 2012 - Looking for players

 A few hours after the application deadline we can announce the Team Captains of the national sections. Now they can start building up their teams for the Country Championship 2012.
All requirements are listed up in the news, so everyone can read it out and knows them by heart. Now everyone who is interested in participating as a player for the particular national team may contact the Team Captain of each country.
We are still looking for captains for the following countries:  Turkey Finland  Spain  Hungary Norway  Luxembourg Switzerland
In case of not finding team captains for those nations, we might also accept complete teams or clans from these occupations, since we want as many countries to compete as possible! It is not really about financials, more about fun. So don't hesitate to turn up for this Country Championship and be dignified to represent your country in the first tourney of this kind! There for we also allowed the Alps Devision consisting of Switzerland and  Austria to build up their own team, because of the size of inhabitants within these states.  Belgium and Luxembourg also go hand in hand with eachother as the Benelux States. So they might build up a team of players from these occupoations.As every national department has been contacted by us in time and was given the chance to reply for the managers of the particular countries, just  Poland and  Germany replied. So the rest had to be accomplished by the  European Admin Staff.After having a proper voting inside of the European Admin Team, we came to the following elections:

Deadline for the team builds is 20th of July, 2012 - 12:00 AM CEST - Once the team is full, file a ticket to the EU admins about your lineup and we will create teams for you. |
Of course all encounters that we find to be interesting will be streamed by the ESL on ESL TV via twitch.
You can not agree on 3rd party streamers, as they do not have authorized channels that go along with the ESL. We will try to cover up as many matches with streams as possible. Why no 3rd party ? Because we can't guarantee flawless transmissions, neither we can monitor possible ghostings, nor we know if proper delay is activated.
We might do slight changes about it. This will be announced with the upcoming final news!
Requirements for the national teams
Max. 10 team members including team captain (why 10 ? Because 2x5 players in cases of problems anyone can be replaced, so we won't delay matches due to this fact!) Max. 3 players from one team are allowed. Please don't try to rearrange randomly. We see your player logs and can get back to it anytime, so we will make it up to you.Now the Team Captains may search for their new mates by posting into the forums or contacting the players directly or players the captains the other way round. It is up to you now, so hurry hurry!
Just to be safe: Do not create an own Country Championship team, we will do that for you, after the team was built.

No fact matters that we are doing it for the community pleasure.. let's flame the admins now that they didn't pick us after we bumlicked them throughout three weeks and at the end someone else has been elected..
I will tell you something: No one will ever be happy and you will continue flaming over everyting.
Counter-Strike has been taken as a major title for the Intel Extrem Masters for one very important reason: People competed on a professional level and brought up mature behavior.
Now the IEM is lacking one major title, namely a proper shooter.
That makes me so sad... like three years of adminship and four years as a player of this game, countless tickets and cups, even a professional season... and that all seems to lead towards nothing...
Why are you even so selfish and spoil so many things that actually should turn out into something good.. they go bad instead...
Titles are being suggested by community experts and managers... so if they don't see improvements, you can make an educated guess about the consequence.. When ever you try to write another bullcrap line to some bullcrap topic, why don't you just lay down your own quick pleasure from typing some random bullcrap into the comments and just think a second of the line I've just written...?
Keep going and we won't ever come to the IEM.

Not quite sure if this was remotely pointed towards me but i assume i triggered something. So let me ask you this:
1. What did i say that might have offended you? It was questions. Both of them.
2. Who flamed? I see absolutely no flaming what so ever.
3. What bumlicking? This is the first time i even talking too you.
4. Who's selfish and spoiled? And why?
5. If you think this community is getting worse by the time you might wanna step up a bit and try a bit harder too keep this community on its feet. Or step down if you can't handle it. Im not saying you're doing a bad job, just that if you want more you've got to work harder. Ex. Get some trust and joy back into this community.
I've posted 2 support/Report-tickets on esl and both have unleased a snap for 2 admins. So calm down and get the hold of this community instead of scaring people out.
6. Final and most important QUESTION. Why was all3s application removed? I don't want the summary. I want the whole reason.

People should stop hating around, maybe the admin destitions dont always look fair for everyone but you simply cant make everyone happy. I am trashtalker and i know that, i simply cant ignore these stupid people in the community but blaming the admins for stuff which isnt a personal option at all is just stupid.
As you may remember on the regames in the groupstage everyone went mad on the admins bc there were this rematches which are normal in the Ems (also in football). I dont get all the hate, people always complain.

I know where you're going with it but.
Here's my opinion. All3 is a great teamcaptain. He've been a teamcaptain for BkG for about 2 years(+/-). Wich have done GREAT. He hosted many small tournaments and participated in alot of tournaments, In all sizes. And if he goes away he'll tell his team so everyone is clear.
Sooo i can't agree on him changing his opinion often.
Don't take this personal. This is just my opinion.
Here's my issue:
All3 pulled togheter another swedish team too participate in this tournament. Senseyyi was selected and we couldn't play. - wich is fair. No problems.
Here's the twist: Me and All3 applied too this tournament as teamcaptain. I made trough too the vote but All3 didn't. Wich doesnt make sense cause All3 has got tons of experience and no flaming on the record.
Now im trying too find the reason why all3s application was deleted.
But i've tried asking the admins 3times but havn't got my answer.
So im starting too question myself if there isn't any professional reason and only some history between All3 and Friday. Let's put it nicely and say that they're not the best of friends.
I really want to find this out, cause i can't find any reason myself.
P.S Just too make myself clear n' say that i've no issue what so ever with senseyyi being teamcaptain. Gratz to him and the best luck to his team. =)

Annyway what i will say is senseyyi is a good TC since i have scrimmmed a bunch of times with him. Eventho All3 is not TC doessent mean those who was in "hes team" cannot play, dycho and viking that is. We need all our best from different groups and then we'll have a good team. So i hope you 2 and a few others will play.

Yeppers i see your point and i understand, but here's the issue.
Senseyyis and my application got trough too the voting/final cut. All3s didnt. That's why im a bit upset. There was no reason what so ever too leave it out.
Now the part of who becomes admin is all out of my business.
Not saying they did wrong there but the part of leaving out All3s application is just.. wrong in so many ways.

I know All3 is a good guy and all but i believe if he wants the best for team sweden he shouldnt even apply as team capitain if he know he wont even have that much time cause of holidays/vacation and lack of intrest (in my opinion) i know him since the begin of ESL crossfire and he disappeared for a long time . of course everyone have the rights to apply as team capitain and i agree if hes application got removed for no reason (or personal reasons) it would be unacceptable.

Nor would anyone care how far you've come in competitions, cause it still doesn't make you a good player. Just enjoy the game as it is. Just be happy if you're even in the team of your own country. Leadership means LEADERship. Nothing to do with fame or how good someone is. Simply find it enough if you can represent your own country or just fanboy it all the way.
Stop all these argue's already, it never changes anything.
