ESL Complaints is solely intended for justifiable complaints about Admins and their work or decisions. If you need support for anything else, please contact Support. This is not the place for complaints against other players or the performance of the ESL website.
The following points should be explained in detail when filing your complaint:
Please remember you must give us all relevant information (e.g. links, screenshots, background etc.). As admins from another game section will handle the complaint, please explain your case so it is understandable for someone not familiar with your game. Please use write with proper English spelling and grammar when filing the complaint, and do not write texts that are too long. Keep it short and simple.
- What Admin are you talking about? (link to their ESL profile)
- where did they behave incorrectly? (link to ticket/forum/etc)
- in your opinion, what should have been the correct decision or behaviour?
- Why do you think that your complaint is justified?
Please understand that handling complaints may take a long time. This is because every complaint is taken seriously and with care. Every complaint is seen by a Turtle Entertainment employee.
