First of all some information regarding this qualifier. The signup is open for all teams, who didn not have an own national qualifier or if you didn't fit to their requirements. Means if you didn't had a lineup with 51% players living in the country where the national qualifier was held. So team with more then 51% player from the following nation are not allowed to participate in this cup.

Germany, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Russia, Poland, Finland, Belarus, Ukraine, Hungary, Turkey, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Austria, Romania, Switzerland, Norway, Belgium, Israel

So if you have more then 51% players who are living in a country above please use the local national qualifier.

For all other teams counts: The signup will be open from 30/08/2010 00:01 CET until 05/09/10 23:59 CET. The cup is splitted into two stages this means 3 rounds per stage. The first round will be hold on 06/09/10 from 20 CET to 22 CET. The second one will run on 08/09/10 at the same times. The signup is open for 64 teams with an option to raise to a maximum of 128.

Map veto

For this cup we will use a map veto system: First of all cancels the left sided team one map. Then the right sided team. This will go on until one map is left and this map will be played.

Match system

Before you start you have to make a kniferound. After this the winner of this knife round picks the side he wants to start. The teams have to play max round 12 so the first team to who reaches 13 points win the match. If we will have a tie after all 24 rounds you will go on with an overtime max round 3 system. This continues until one team wins 4 rounds and the match.
