 Did you login too rcon ?

first of all login too rcon if you are an admin atleast

to do that

/rcon login {insert password )

then you type rcon promod_mode match_1v1_mr8

NOTE: you have to have admin access to the server so that you can switch the mode emoticon-tongue otherwise wont work

but if you have these 2 steps then it should be fine
