VERSUS goes crazy

For June 10th we have some pretty cool events for our new matchmaking system VERSUS. More games, more modes, more rankings and a premium raffle, cool prizes, XP boost, a special award and much more are waiting for you.

What is VERSUS?

VERSUS is the new matchmaking system of ESL. With just a few clicks you can find new friends and opponents to compete with and play against. A new individual ranking will keep track of your wins and losses. Less rules, less clicks, more matches and fun for all! You will find more information on our VERSUS portal.

XP Boost

Every match you play contributes to your ESL level, including our newest matchmaking system VERSUS. Every single VERSUS you play gives you 100 XP whether you won, lost or draw. This Sunday you will get double, so you earn 200 XP per match you play. Take this chance to boost your ESL Level!

What is the changes from now?

As you can see, Blub Game is still available in 1on1 since the last VERSUS goes crazy! For this sunday, instead of the 1on1 game mode we will activate the 2on2!

1on1:

Default Settings:
Field Size: Bigger (4on4)
Game speed: Fast (1.25x)
Collision: On
Jump Over: Off
Points when ball: Off
Enable Chat: On
Reset ball: On
Points: 16
Physics: normal physics
Ball position: Middle

2on2:

Default Settings:
Field Size: Biggest (5on5)
Game speed: Very Fast (1.5x)
Collision: On
Jump Over: Off
Points when ball: Off
Enable Chat: On
Reset ball: On
Points: 16
Physics: normal physics
Ball position: Middle

If both players agree, they can play their match with other settings.

How to play VS.?

Just click on the "PLAY VS." on the top of the page and pick Blub Game from the list of games. Read the short ruleset by clicking on the button. Last step is clicking on "Search for match" and here you go!

*Note: You should keep in mind that in the beginning of VS. in Tetris Friends it will be difficult to find a match without promoting VERSUS, so it would be nice if you can write your friends "GO VS." everywhere!
