8v8 will be too hard to get players for many countries.
So if you want a active NC with many teams you have to play 5v5 or atleast both 5v5 and 8v8.
And if you analyze this vote you should see a patern.
It takes 8 players on a team in 8v8 and that means more votes so if you compare it to the votes 5v5 got it actualy is a higher count because only 5 from a 5v5 team vote :)
If you devide it up it says that 30 8v8 teams voted but 39 5v5 teams voted hehe
I know its a bit fishy to calculate it that way but the vote is a bit unfair and that was the only point i wanted to show you.
Can you see my point :)

I see your point, however, and I'm sure it is the same for several 8v8 teams, only 2 or 3 players of my team (8on8) have voted here so your calculation could be true or wrong depending of many parameters of participation for team 8on8 or 5on5. It's true to think that 8on8 teams have more likely voted because of their number of teammates. Don't forget that 2 votes are allowed and was, in my opinion, often used to vote 8on8 + 5on5.
But this vote can't be analysed with certitude in this manner. Objectively, 8on8 CQ have more supporters. End of story.
I am totally agree to make a 8on8 and a 5on5 in a Nation Cup by the way.
