weapon restrictions:
>no M60 LMG, MG3
>no M2 Carl Gustav AT
>no Mortar Strike
>no AN-94 Abakan
>no NEOSTEAD 2000 Combat, SPAS-12 Combat, 870 Combat

start delay: 60seconds; no more ready-procedure!

Conquest 8on8:

200 tickets each round

Infantry 5on5:

150 tickets each round

Squad Rush 2on2:

10 tickets 1st objective, 20 tickets 2nd objective
4 rounds

AH-94 forbidden, finally. When you forbid lame GL and motion mines? Camp with personal UAV lame.

There is no need in setting the tickets down to 50% ( means 100 tickets for most of the conquest maps )

Cause in the new patch the default ticketbleed is 5,75 seconds instead of 14seconds per ticket, and with more than 1 flag advantage its arround 3,50-4,50 secods instead of 11 secods per ticket.

So the ticketbleed has increased about 75%, so the ticket numbers of 200 should fitt like most of you wanted in the patch-thread.

The reason why 3 maps got different ticket values is simple, we wanted that all maps got the same amount of tickets, cause its a big difference if one map has 200 or 250 tickets. Also Tournaments with 2 maps per match wouldnt be possible. (one team has his favorite map which gives much more tickets than the opponent's map)

You can read the rules for the different gamemodes, there you find the important input lignes for your serversettings. Its just 1-4 lignes that can stay permanently in the setting-file.

No this, no that... getting fed up by all the restrictions. Last patch made weapons more balanced.

Rules actualy getting close to acceptable :)

AN-94 and MG3 was far to easy weapons so great job taking them out.

Would take all AT weapons + C4 and sensors out of 5v5 also ;-)

in my own opinion, best rules are take the game as it is, and take out unbalanced weapons, that would include all restrictions here and take out the ingenieer kit too, its antivehicle, no need on infantry.

i would ban mg36, it gave a 3th perk for free, (the red dot), so is unfair against another weapon of his class as pkm or t88.

c4 is ok ingame, since you can destroy walls and buildings, is needed to improve tactical options, and you have to get close, so isnt unbalanced (and is another reason to let a medic out for a while ;) )
what i would do its to take out ANY perk, and play vanilla weapons (no perks except red dot and 4x, 12x, and armor will increase the aim neededs and the tactical play, and with the rcons we have rigth now it can be taken out...

take out the ENGINEER kit? are you serious?
for infantry? why not, an antivehicle class is really needed when there are no vehicles to hunt?

So mines and C4 are now allowed in infantry only?
And so are mounted guns (they're not removed by vehicle:off option)..

Btw, nonfbf rules states 100 tickets, while it's 150 tickets here.

Rules confusion

Summary of the new rules, Infantry 5on5: 150 tickets each round.

Accoring to the rules Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Infantry nonFBF Ladder, 3.2. Serversettings for Conquest Mode: Ticketratio: 100 tickets and 4.2.2. Maps: all Maps need to be the played with 200 tickets.

We play i Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Infantry nonFBF Ladder 5on5 which leads me to belive at 200 tickets is the correct, so when is it 150 and when is it 100?
