Yeh and also about the weapons. No unlocks or all unlocks. Problem with no unlocks is all the spray from the PKM which is crap >.<

No grenade launcher for squad rush cup but for conquest cup it should be allowed.
No chopper is also a possibility..

But I hope the admins will make a nice ruleset including:
No grenade launchers ( noobtubes ) for squad rush, guess it's ok on conquest
A few unlocks, but not all, since some are overpowered and lame
Other stuff like squad rush should probably be played best out of three, since 1 map takes fairly short and it shouldn't come down to 1 map.

Think I will be hard to control unlocks without kill cam or some server options but I would prefer default weapons + ammo, paddles and med packs.
The m60 + red dot/extra ammo + accuracy perk is just way overpowered and makes any other weapons except the sniper useless.
Noobtube could be excluded from 4v4 but any other limits I think is unnecessary.
No chooppers???? pls they have limited fly hight so they cant hide anywhere and are shot down in no time. Sure you can baserape with them if you get control of all flags but not impossible to shoot down.
Just because its hard to control I would vote for unlocks at the moment.

Squad rush: 4vs4 no vehicles, no perks.

Squad Rush:
- all perks off: most kits/weapons get too powerful with perks
- only stock pistols, 1911 and the revolver a way to overpowered. Its easier to kill someone with these, than with a rifle.
- GL should be disallowed, since the assault can reammo all the time and spam
- max. 2 medics
I hope they add the possibility to change the amout of tickets, 20 is way to less, i assume 40-50 would be fine.
Since the game provides a large variety of guns and possibilities, simply limiting to stock guns will take a lot of game depth. However some weapons in my opinion should be prohibited for this mod, eg. GL, SAIGA, M60, but this needs to be discussed.
To be honest, i dont think this mod really fits to competitive gaming yet. 4v4 or 5v5 on conquest maps is more fun.
Conquest:
- all perks off: most kits/weapons get too powerful with perks
- vehicle perks = on => You need them for alternate fire, and it adds more variety to dogfights
- only stock pistols
- only one heavy tank
btw i think some kind of community board to discuss the rules would be very useful. To avoid spam and stuff, every team in the cup should be able to name one person to represent them.

As i see atm there are 2 options :
- No unlocks and perks + no vehicules for the rush mod <- i choose this one, much easier to contral since there is no promod
- Somes unlocks + no gl for the rush mod

true, but allow unlock #3 of assault and forbid unlock #2 of engi, same for medics or sniper
nobody have the time or want to learn this rulebook. (to make no mistakes ingame to become a def-loss)
You get your unlooks for your class realy fast and so they should be allowed, both teams have the same "set of tools", and it´s skill and tactic how to use them perfectly.

-Preparation time before round start (like in BF2)
-We must be able to see the tickets after the round is finished, so a server option to remove the ending scene is required
-We need a command for restarting the round
-GlobalUnlocks = 1, this would of course only work if the server is Ranked=0
