Go4BF3 #19 - Format Changes

After some readjustments we came to the following changes in our upcoming Go4BF3 Cup: match days will be Monday and Tuesday. Also this month with 3 Go4BF3 Cups, we will play the 8on8 mode. This month no Go4BF3 Final will be played, according to the small amount of qualification cups.

all unlocks allowed besides: IRNV and tactical light as an attachment or with pistols are forbidden
MAV drone, spawn beacon are _not_ allowed to use
map size: small conquest maps
