5.2.3. Ping
The internet is changing continuously and the connection to a server is not always perfect. The teams / players have to agree on a server that offers both sides an equal ping. Nevertheless every player should know, that he sometimes has to play with a bigger ping difference. In this case we have to appeal to the fairness of the teams/players, the right to change server or fakelag does not exist.

Post all informations about the server(s), Post the link of the stream in a pre-Report.
The server will be checked before the game start. If not, the match will be played on an other server. exemple : russian, server stream / sweden, no stream = all the game on the russian server.
Ping must be equal for all. the team must test the ping one day before the match's day. after it will be too late.

Please note that streaming your warserver with the anti-cheat software from www.pbbans.com is mandatory! Matches that will be played on a non-streaming server will result into 3 Penality Points for the team responsible for the server, the match however will not be deleted. And maybe we should invite a supervisor admin? that's the most critical match, so we make sure everything is fair.
AAAND we'd like to test the servers before sunday.
We'll use MBGL 2 server(it's already streaming to pbbans), OR we'll use another server somewhere around Moscow. So, we hope u can find a nice sweden server, or a fin one.
But right now our guys have some problems with the warzone server. So, try to find another one plz.

MBGL isn't a good server for us swedes, most of the team have pings over 100 ms on those servers, while some of the russians have 2-10.
I guess we'll have to choose a server near Gothenburg to even out the odds, or try find a neutral server.
Let's speak more on X-fire later.

My opinion is to choose a (one) neutral server to play the match on, which it seems you dont want to, how come?
But anyway, to have a supervisor on the server is a nice and good option i think.
