Important changes

 Its christmas time, the most fo you will get vacations from school or work soon and you will have more time, to play you're beloved game and for that reason, we made a few changes. We can also announce some cups and much more.
Admin staff changesIt's sad, but Gamergirl left the staff, for school and much other things, but good luck and have fun in the future. ReeN will take place in the open position.  Email: reen@staff.esl.eu Xfire: reen87 Match between team matesThe comment "Match between team mates" is not more needed, but if a screen shot is missing, you will receive the double amount of penalty points! The rules will be changed soon! 1on1 ladder and IP screen shotNormally, you don't have to make IP screen shots, but if the enemy wants an ip screen shot, or a admin request it, you have to make one. So you have the chance, if you like to request an ip screen. 5on5 ladder decreasing to 4on4Normally, you can play 5on5 and 6on6 in the 5on5plus ladder, but from now on is 4on4 allowed too, but you can play ONLY 4on4 3on4 isn't allowed and will be punished. Cups, cups and even more cupsWe can proudly announce some new cup ideas: The first one is a cup, for all people, which like SWBF1 on patch 1.0, this cup will take place after the new year and will get announced with all infos in another news. The second one is an idea from the SWBF2 section, they had run a very popular aim map cup, but if we want to run a cup like this, we need real aim map cups. If you can mod maps or already did that, please send the maps to REtender@staff.esl.eu The third idea is a 3on3 mixed teams cup, which will take place in january, you don't know, what it is, let me explain: You will join the cup as a single person and after that, you will be mixed to a 3on3 team, with persons from the community, this should be very interesting. The fourth idea is about the opening of a 2on2 ladder, please vote on the following poll.  The poll  Default winsJust a reminder, you can't enter a default win by yourself, if the enemy gave up or something else, you have to open a protest and request the default win, otherwise you will get punished for it! 2vs2 : treas already try it and everytime it get inactive
3vs3 : inactive because of your new stupids rules ( the old 3vs3 with modded maps was more fun )
5vs5 ( 4vs4 ) : inactive since 1 year
so i think the best is close all ladders and cu on other games ( the 3vs3 cup looks cool but once again 3 guys will be choose and if you have no the same free time you cant play so many give up etc )
make a pool STOP or Dont stop the ladder and see , everybody will vote dont stop but dont move his ass
the better way is , if in the ladder there is not a special number of matches played ( 12-14 per month ) then the ladder is close

some years ago the ladder was changed from 8on8 to 6on6 and then to 5on5 ... i never noticed a real increase of matches ( after a short boost of played matches ) ...
additional i think swbf1 is a teamgame, not only 1on1-skill-game and the teams are already small enough with 5 players.

And maybe we can introduce a " Bundesliga " like in swbf2.
There it's your duty to play. You can't decline the matches.
Because very much people play this game. See @ Publics. There always some and on clanteamspeaks there are enough,too.
I think the bad teams dont want to loose points, so they dont play
But if we introduce the Bundesliga system everyone plays VS everyone.
It is the decision of the admins what they do and how they do that.
I hope the admins do the best for the ladder and keep this game still alive.
