Hacer lo siguiente en orden:

1. Desinstalar wire.
2. Desactivar antivirus.
3. Bajarse el Visual C++ e instalarlo:
    3.1 http://www.microsoft.com/downl...6f85647&displaylang=en 32 Bits.
    3.2 http://www.microsoft.com/downl...7BD44DA&displaylang=en 64 Bits.
4. Instalar Wire.
5. Configurar antivirus para añadir una excepcion a la carpeta del wire.
6. Activar antivirus.
