After its successfull debut in the 2005 ENC, Soccer is making its second appearance this season. The 4 teams that made it into the finals in 2005 were Russia, Germany, Austria and Poland with Germany coming out on top and Russia taking the second place before Austria.

Although there has only been one ENC including FIFA 06 yet, it is safe to say that Germany is the current number one European FIFA 06 nation, considering the German national team includes two time WCG champion styla and the 2003 WCG runner-up hero. The hunters are on the trail though; the 2005 WCG's second place went to the Russian FIFA 06 player Alexx and the third place to eDuYepp from Spain. Add to this strong showing of European FIFA 06 players the considerable changes made to the newest version of the game and a new champion might emerge.

The total prize money for FIFA 06 is Euro 7,500.
