The ESL announces the Second European Nations Championship

![]() Exactly one year ago the battle for the ENC Champion title saw the light of day. Now it launches into its second round. On their way to the finals the participating teams offered us some really exciting games and - beginning in March 2005 - the fun will resume!
It seems ages since the last competition and now the time for a new one has finally arrived. We have used this opportunity to take the upcoming season up to a new level and are now pleased to announce our plans for this year’s European Nations Championship.
![]() We have chosen to change numerous aspects of the competition within the new season, one being the introduction of two upcoming games which - if proven popular - may get the chance of establishing themselves in the national competition. The main contest still consists of the games Counterstrike and Warcraft III – with Unreal Tournament 2004 as a newly introduced contest. This year’s ENC consists of the following games:
