At the last Intel Friday Night Game in Frankfurt we took Merlin "Thurisaz" Müller for an interview because of the upcoming European Nations Championship for the German team. The human player talks about the importance of being a national player and his chances to be a part of the starting lineup.

Today's focus is on the Counter-Strike group B. Three nations got here by having good results in the past European Nations Champinships and the other three did it from Qualification Round 2 at least. So they fought for their spots in the Main Round and we can be sure that they do their best to give the seeded nations a good fight.

Today's focus is on the Counter-Strike group A. Very successfull players such as SpawN, Heaton, Blizzard, natu, hooch, whimp and many more make this group unbelieveably interesting. 3 of 4 Scandinavian teams plus Germany, Russia and France will mean a hard road to the Finals for everyone.

Now the European Nations Championship is about to start with its last stage before the finals at Games Convention in Leipzig. But before the Main Round will start, the drawings have to be done. Now have fun with the Main Round of European Nations Championship 2007. Here are the groups. The first placed team is qualified for the Finals, second and third will have to fight with a team from the other group.
