Eine Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist nicht möglich. Die Gewinner werden schriftlich (per mail) benachrichtigt und sind mit der Veröffentlichung Ihres Namens und eines Gewinnerfotos einverstanden.

Der Teilnehmer ist für die Richtigkeit, insbesondere der angegebenen E-Mail Adresse selbst verantwortlich. Zur Teilnahme an der Aktion ist unbedingt erforderlich, dass sämtliche Personenangaben der Wahrheit entsprechen. Andernfalls kann ein Ausschluss erfolgen.

Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Auszahlung oder Ausgabe eines Ersatzgewinns. Die Teilnahme an der Aktion ist unabhängig vom Abschluss eines Vertrages.

Participation conditions for ESL lotteries:

Payment of prizes in cash is not possible. The winners are informed via e-mail and agree that their name and photo may be published.

The participants are responsible for the the accuracy of their statements, especially for the correctness of their e-mail adress. In order to participate it is necessary that all required information is valid. Otherwise the participant may be excluded from the lottery.

There is no possibility of claim for an alternate prize or alternate payment of the prize in cash. Participation in this lottery is not a contract between the participant and Turtle Entertainment GmbH.

There is no legal recourse.

The Turtle Entertainment GmbH reserves to cancel or end the lottery at any time and without advanced notice, if an adequate and orderly execution of the lottery is not possible because of technical or legal issues.
