Auto Matches

Auto Matches are automatically generated matches. These matches can not be rejected and must be played.

When are the Auto Matches?
The system will generate a match against a random opponent once a week, always on Monday at 20.00 o'clock!

That does not mean every Monday evening you have to be glued to your seat to play the matches, you are free to move them to a time and date that suits you!

Can I still challenge people?
The auto system creates one match a week for everyone. That does however not limit your freedom to play against chosen opponents. You can still challenge people. The auto match making system is to prevent people from refusing all matches and it keeps the ladder active.

What does this mean for the rules?
We as Admin Team are still fairly new to this ladder, and just as new to these Auto Matches as you are, so there might be some small changes in the future. For now the following rules will apply:

- Auto matches can be moved, but not be rejected. Not playing them will results in 3 Penalty Points.
- Normal Challenges can rejected.

Be aware that if someone shows up 20 minutes to late you can take a screenshot of him being offline (add the person to the friendlist). Just be sure to use the /time command! You'll get the win for free and the opponent will be charged with 2 penalty points. Anyone with more then 4 penalty points in the ESL Benelux WC3 Ladder will be kicked.

I don't want to play every week!
That is your free choice. ESL Ladders have a great memory, memorizing your score. You can leave the ladder and join them later on with the same score as you left. If you wish to quit playing you can leave the ladder. If you change your mind, you are free to join again without losing your score!
