New on ESL?

If you’re new on ESL, this little instruction will help you create the team for the premiership.

First of all, you must make sure to register an account on the ESL website.

To play any kind of competition, you must register a gameaccount, which is your personal ID in that game. It is used to identify yourself ingame. For Trackmania, the gameaccount is your personal login, which can only be used by you.

Go to your personal profile by clicking on your name on the top bar. On the left side, underneath your logo (if you have uploaded one, otherwise it’s just a grey silhouette), you will see some options like ‘Guestbook’. Click on ‘Gameaccount’, go to ‘Add’, choose ‘Trackmania Nations/United Forever’ and fill in your Trackmania login as the Value.
(Only if you want to change your gameaccount, you have to fill in a reason, if it’s your first registration you can leave it empty.)

You will be able to play any competition once you have done that.

Creating the team
On the top bar you will see ‘Teams’ next to your name. Hover over it and you will see ‘Register team’. Fill in your team name and it is created. Now go to ‘Edit team’. For ‘Name extension’, fill in “.BLXCPS”. Fill in your teamtag, and possibly change your teampassword, fill in other info and upload a logo. Your team is now ready for others to join!

Joining the team
Give the link of the teampage to your teammates. They will find the link ‘Join team’ at the bottom of the page. After typing the password, they have joined the team!
This team is your Benelux Competition Premiership team-account. If you want to play in the Competition Team Rounds Ladder for example, please create a new team-account, in stead of using the .BLXCPS team.

Already active on ESL?

For some competitions, it is required that you use a separate team-account. If you already have a main team-account, please create a new “.BLXCPS” team. Go to the main team’s profile, and click on ‘Team Control Center’, at the bottom of the page. There you can choose to register a new subteam.
If you already made the new subteam and want to connect the two team-accounts. Go to the BLXCPS team’s control center, and click on ‘Set Parent Team’.

Signup for the Benelux Competition Premiership

Once your teammates have joined your BLXCPS team-account, you can sign up for the competition. Please note that there are requirements for your BLXCPS team. Most importantly, the maximum is 12 players, and 66% has to be from the Benelux. For more details on the rules, please read the previous newspost on the premiership.
