Probably early next week, as soon as Valve starts giving out more keys to the community, we will be giving out the keys and announce our next steps for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Stay tuned for more exciting news in the next few days, where we will announce several ways to lay your hands on a CS:GO key! Everybody will have the chance to win a key! Also the Intel Extreme Masters World Championship at CeBIT (6th to 10th of March) might be a cool place to be, if you like CS:GO.
