Round 7: Fight.
Right on this moment I'm in class and decided to write my statement here since for some @#&@#& reason I've got no internet at home and I'm not sure when they will fix it, could take 5 more days or whatever so that means I wouldnt be able to play from home which wouldnt be so nice but not the biggest problem either, anyway I was listening to this very cute song of Whitney Houston and there was this line like ;

"So I learned to depend on me, I decideeeeeeed long ago, never to walk IN ANYONE'S SHADOW!"

Small coincedence I just heard this line since it made me think of this match :D, there was a time I had mixed feelings about this kind of games, like nervous and maybe fear to lose , nowadays its quite different and I'm excited to play Grubby in the last playday of the first regular eps Season, we are both already qualified for the playoffs and we both have a flawless score till now ( 6-0 in bo3's and 12-0 maps ), that might makes the game a bit useless since we will meet again in the playoffs most likely but I still wanna win and will do my best to do so. These are the games you play Wc3 for.

On a good show and a nice bo3, Cu at Monday ! Hopefully where I will be home, till then I'm practising creeproutes and micromoves vs Cpu ( Normal ).

Well that was it, writing from my dads laptop at home atm since he bought some wireless internet everywhere cardcause we got a few days no internet :D ( seems like he's more of an addict than i am ), anyway when i wrote the statement i was unsure if i could play home and didnt feel godo palying from somewhere else but since i went to the cafe for the last 3 days and played like 60 games i was totally used to the environment and i actually like playing there , though imight add that before i start ;P.

First game i love tm as elf vs orc and i kinda knew grub would go back to orc, i knew he wouldnt play usual as well and even though i mentally prepared for it i didnt really practise vs tier 3 air strats. I had a plan and played bad in the start but had chances to win, a few really bad moves of my side gave away the advantage i had cause of my expo and made grubby win g1 with an nice bloodlust wyvern army in the end. ( I can't denie i was a little jealous not controlling that sweet army ;( )

game 2 was gw, was planning orc here and expected a mirror, grub went elf and not to much to say, Don't think i played great or something but blade chop chop few items and np, guess my timing was a bit lucky at his main else i could have lost the game.

game 3 was pretty nice, grub played standard and i played what i practised and vs what I like to play. The game was really close and i was convinced i would won at a certain point but i played a bit sloppy and then ended up at a fountain fight not killing anything cause grub microed his walkers raelly well into blabla form and i couldnt kill without entangle. I was winning on that moment but there were a few spikes ( the pc was good ithink it was more cause it was totally full in the netcafe and like 40 man playing c&c3 cod4 or mmorpgs game kinda delays my connection ) and there were a few spikes, not on crucial moments but somehow I think i got distracted cause god i lost my hero's so unnessary in a game i though was mine, after that moment I couldnt come back anymore.

Didnt enjoy game 1 or 2 to much but game 3 was really nice, for my feeling I gave it away ;p and it sucks a bit cause i was playing to win but well, sometimes brainlag happens and you lose ;) anywya well played to grubby and cu in the playoffs, with hopefully a different result that time, atleast if its up to me.

(cant do spelling check sry this laptop is so fucking crappy, but well if you only use it for backgammon or poker ( my dad tadaddamdma ) i guess it solves ).

BEFORE:

This is the type of game that allows you to enjoy the fun of this great game without pressure. There is nothing to play for except honour, no money or qualification or something.

But I think we both still really want to win. Thats good, else it wouldnt be fun ;D although the loser will DEFINITELY claim it was an unimportant game, the winner will have a celebration with martinis and bacardi breezers.

Ill be away for most of the day so I will come home hopefully fresh of mind, and pull some crazy strategies that even the PC wouldnt dream of. Greets , Grubby !

AFTER:
Turns out we didn't play a single Orc mirror.. Roti picked elf first map and I wanted to go UD on TM, but I wasn't sure he'd keep his race, so I ended up switching back to Orc. I end up going mass wyvs and almost lost when he had a secret expansion, but thanks to FS wolves I was able to scout it and stop it in time.

The 2nd game I went elf and lost.
The 3rd game was close game on SV and i won.

i'm sure roti can tell you all about his crappy pc at the lan café though, it's true that they always smoke in cafés (until 1June2008 when it will be banned from all working places), and the PC's in NEtherlands in cafés are usually not exactly "Gaming pc's", and more like "printer/msn/download !!!! omg" pc's... anyway, it was nice games, wish he couldve played normal from home, but so it goes. Until the LAN then!
