It has come to our concerns that the contestants in the Benelux ladders are subsequently not uploading their Aequitasfiles and screenshots. This is a mandatory rule and if not followed correctly will result in penaltypoints for each file that is missing.

"NOTICE: no data has been sent to the ESL - please check all files!" When this message appears in your Aequitas Logfile, you should not close your eyes and forget it but read this! Because only a few of you know this : When this message alway appears on your Aequitas logfile, you should not play anymore matches on ESL before the problem has been solved.

There is a important Rule that teams are forgetting in the Amateur Series and they need to be aware of regarding the default win rule.

After serveral attempts and feedback from your side we have decided to increase the "minrate" and the "maxrate". Because of this we had to make new server configs, which are mandatory now!

In recent years, many tried to smash the game servers so that they simply "fall", but the developers zBlock announced a Crash-Fix CrashBlock. The plugin is designed to close the hole in the security game servers.

From now on the newest version of the ESL GUI for Counterstrike:Source is available. Many changes have been made and several processes have been optimized. Find more information below.

The time has now come for the group stage of our EMS Season V. In order to build the 4 groups of 6 teams each, we had to divide the 24 teams which qualified from either last season or the two Qualifier Rounds who in turn qualified from either a national qualifier, an EPS or last seasons top 4.

As the Benelux CSS scene grows bigger each day, the need for active admins grows aswell. We have a lot of applications and we picked the 2 new admins to join the team.

With ESL Pro Series qualification out of the way, we have expanded our Counter-Strike: Source ladders to give you more ways to play here in the ESL. <b> </b>

After a long evening, the playoffs for EPS3 day 1 are done. Many matches have been played, and some teams already qualified. Yet there are still some matches to be played.

Today, 13/10/09 at 20:00 the Playoffs will start for EPS Season 3, hereby some extra information regarding people who do not know exactly whats going on. <b> </b>

The final has been played, the two nation winners gets their slot in the qualification round 1 in EMS 5. This competition is the Champions League for the CS:S Scene and from all the countries in Europe the best will compete for a total of €4000,- prize money.

The final EAS screenshot for EPS 3 has been taking. The last two weeks have been very active for the ESL Amateur Series. In the end only four teams could qualify for the ESL Pro Series Cup. In the last day we saw the rise and demise of several teams with some upsetting results.

Our Counter-Strike Source crew is looking for new admins. With the core ESL Benelux admins now in place, we are looking for volunteer admins to help develop the ESL Benelux scene, with providing fun cups to the community and to also develop the community.

On Thursday 22th October will be a Benelux 5on5 NightCup. Any team can participate as long as all team members enter their steamid and use aequitas. Team who wins gets 1 month premium!

While the qualifiers are still going on we will already inform you regarding the playoffs. The only way of getting in the cup is via the Amateur-Series and the last moment cup.
