Provincial Championship - How to apply?

 This year we're proud to present you a 2nd season of the ESL Benelux Provincial Championship! This season we'll not only include Counter-strike 1.6 and Counter-strike: Source once more, but we'll be adding two brand new games: League of Legends and StarCraft II!
As speaking for itself to have a competition we need players to fill the teams and each team can only be victorious if it has someone taking the responsibility: The Team captain

First of all and important to know: Our requirements  At least 18 years of age You understand English and you can communicate in Dutch/French or English A good knowledge of the game A sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility Neutrality and objectivity in decision making Capability of team-work and conflict resolutionIf you fullfill to these requirements here's what to do to contact us: Step 1) Go to the Provincial Championship portal Step 2) Choose the province you want to represent Step 3) On the selected team page; contact the team by clicking on the enveloppe icon:  Once you're in the writing zone you should make an application in this style:
So basically the following points: Game you apply for Full Name Age Current place you live best way to contact Game expierence/Leading role expierence MotivationApply as playerThe teamcaptains will be chosen by the community trough votes. But what is a teamcaptain without players for his team? Indeed nothing. Therefore you can also apply as being a player for your province. The team captains will then receive a list of persons who applied and he'll have to choose from 9 players who he wishes to have in his team, therefore convincing is the message! How do I apply?
