ESL Balkan League - CS Female - Rules

The text below is just a small summary of important rules. There are a lot more rules you have to follow so we strongly recommend to read the full rulebook carefully to avoid penalty points.

Accounts (Player & Team)

All ESL Balkan League players must comply to the following:

• Have their full name entered and made public
• Have a suitable photo uploaded
• Have their necessary gameaccounts entered

All ESL Balkan League teams must comply to the following:

• Have a suitable team name
• Have a suitable team logo
• Have a team account that is not active in any other ESL leagues, ladders or cups
• Have no inactive/honorary members listed

Schedule

• To reschedule a match you have to open a protest (At the top right you can find 'Settings' and then under the point 'Miscellaneous' you find 'Write a match protest')
• Latest possible date to reschedule without penalty points is Sunday 23:59 CET in the week before the match (If you open a protest after that date you will get 1 minor penalty)

Wildcards

• Each team gets one wildcard per Groupstage
• A wildcard has to be used if you want to reschedule a match less then 48 hours before the start
  
• To use a wildcard you have to open a protest (At the top right you can find 'Settings' and then under the point 'Miscellaneous' you find 'Write a match protest')
• If you have to use a wildcard you get the following penalty points: 48 - 24 hours before the match= 1 minor penalty, 24 - 2 hours before the match = 2 minor penalties, 2 - 0 hours before the match = 3 minor penalties.
• If you don't have a wildcard anymore, you will get 2 minor penalties instead.
  

Matches

• Pre-match statements must be entered between 7 days and 24 hours before the match (Use 'Write a match statement' on the match page)
• Lineups must be added at least 24 hours before the match (Use 'Change Lineup' on the match page)
• Each player must use his ESL nickname on the server
  
• Immediately fill in and accept the score after the match has finished (Use 'Enter Result' on the match page)
• Upload all Aequitas files within 24 hours after the end of the match (Use 'Upload match media' on the match page and use 'Aeq - Clantag - Nick' as name)
• Screenshots of the score (each half) have to be uploaded within 24 hours after the end of the match (Use 'Upload match media' on the match page)
  

Aequitas

• Our own Anti-Cheat client ESL Aequitas must be used during all ESL matches (Aequitas Portal)
